I worked with Wayne developing numerous inventory control systems at MagTek. We shared our personal and business dreams, successes and failures over a period of over 15 years. He was someone we could count on to be there for us when we needed help. Wayne was not a spendthrift and was always interested in creating value and investing ways to do things faster and better for a lower cost. Wayne was not afraid of hard work and was self educated in most of the things he was really good at. During the time we spent together, we developed a common set of values that I use in my life. Through these values, Wayne still is alive in my life each day.
